The warmer is awesome. I can now have the wonderful aroma of my candles, without the concern of forgetting to blow out the flame. I will order more for each room in my house.

Kept smelling a burning smell. I'm an electrical engineer, and I knew it was not one of my boards. So I opened up the mug warmer. The resistor for the LED is burning! I've had the same problem, the wattage on the resistor is not sized properly for the current draw. It's a problem with cheap resistors.
Not going to "contact" Markabuas I'll just replace the resistor and keep using it.

I love this..I used it for my candle and no more black smoke from burning my candles had to order a couple more for my granddaughters.
