I mixed up all the water hangers I ordered, and when I unwrapped the box in a plastic bag and a watney fan, it was separated like that. For the time being, it works, but the packaging is very messed up

It blows air so well and has several settings. I needed one for my summer trips considering I get hot so easily. It came with a charger and a little wrist band to hold it.
